I am Katerina Andrielou, born in 1990 and raised in Naxos Island. I have studied Classical Greek Literature and some years ago (2016) I decided to do what I really love.
To cook with nice people and share with them my favorite naxian recipes.
Many seminars about cooking techniques, wine flavors, the importance of Mediterranean diet and gastronomical tourism, many conversations about recipes with locals and annual presence in national & international conferences about the promotion of alternative tourism are what you should know before you meet me.
About our Vioma, I had some wonderful people who stand by me. My family, Manolis (the husband), Maria & Yiannis (the parents) and Evdokia (the sister) were the people who made me love more our island and initiated me to present the authentic side of our homeland.
